I ordered the NFL Denver Broncos Elite on Tuesday, September 10 and received it on Monday, September 15. I went with the 44L due to the information provided by the seller that the sizes can run small. I found that there is plenty of room in this jersey and if I were to buy again, I would go with the size 40. Great quality item, would definitely purchase again due to the extremely low price.
